Description	The Cal-SEARCH is offered to increase the recruitment and retention of culturally competent, community oriented health professionals in California’s community clinics and health centers (CCHCs).

Eligibility	Students/Residents Participate in 4 - 6 week clinical rotationexperiences and in community projects linked to preceptors and mentors (disciplines: physician assistants, family medicine, dentistry, family nurse practitioners, and allopathic & osteopathic medicine) Develop and participate in community project Community Health Clinics and Health Centers Host students/residents for clinical rotation experiences Provide preceptors and mentors Preceptors Interact, engage, oversee and provide suggestions and guidance for the community project to students/residents Participate in preceptor training Mentors Interact, engage, oversee and provide suggestions and guidance for the community project Participate in mentor orientation
