Description The Cal-SEARCH is offered to increase the recruitment and retention of culturally competent, community oriented health professionals in California’s community clinics and health centers (CCHCs).

Eligibility
  • Students/Residents
  • Participate in 4 - 6 week clinical rotationexperiences and in community projects linked to preceptors and mentors (disciplines: physician assistants, family medicine, dentistry, family nurse practitioners, and allopathic & osteopathic medicine)
  • Develop and participate in community project

  • Host students/residents for clinical rotation experiences
