Companies Say 3 Million Unfilled Positions in Skill Crisis: Jobs

Summary Companies have reported more than 3 million job openings every month since February 2011, according to the Department of Labor. Employers are teaming up with philanthropies, governments & community colleges to narrow the skills gap of existing workforce.
